Özet

Bu derleme çalışmasının amacı, obsesif kompulsif bozukluk (OKB) tedavisinde kullanılan psikoterapi yaklaşımlarının etkinliğini mevcut bilimsel araştırmalar doğrultusunda değerlendirmektir. İncelenen literatürde kabul ve kararlılık terapisi, maruz bırakma ve tepki önleme, farkındalık temelli bilişsel terapi, internet temelli bilişsel davranışçı terapi, aile odaklı psikolojik müdahaleler, sanal gerçeklik destekli terapiler ve metabilişsel eğitim gibi çeşitli yöntemlerin kullanıldığı görülmektedir. Psikoterapi uygulamalarının OKB belirtilerinde genel olarak anlamlı düzeyde azalma sağladığı bulgulanmıştır. Bununla birlikte, farklı terapi türlerinin ve uygulama biçimlerinin etki düzeyinde değişkenlik yarattığı gözlemlenmektedir. Bulgular, psikoterapi temelli yaklaşımların OKB tedavisinde etkili ve uygulanabilir seçenekler sunduğunu göstermektedir. Bu durum, hem bireysel hem de grup temelli terapötik müdahalelerin OKB semptomlarını hafifletmede kullanılabileceğine işaret etmektedir.
