Bu tez çalışması, espiyonajın ve karşı-espiyonajın Türkiye'deki rolünü, tarihsel arka planını, tanımını ve uluslararası ilişkilerdeki etkilerini ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelemektedir. Espiyonaj, Türk devletinin ulusal güvenliği, dış politika stratejileri ve uluslararası işbirliği açısından önemli bir araç olmuştur. Türkiye'nin tarih boyunca casusluk faaliyetlerine tanıklık ettiği ve bu faaliyetlerin ulusal güvenliğe ve dış politikaya katkı sağladığı görülmüştür. Espiyonajın uluslararası ilişkilere etkileri incelenirken, Türkiye'nin terörle mücadele, diplomatik stratejiler oluşturma ve uluslararası güvenliğe katkı sağlama yeteneğinin arttığı gözlemlenmiştir. Ayrıca, espiyonajın hukuki ve etik boyutları ele alınmış ve Türkiye'nin bu alandaki politikaları tartışılmıştır. Karşı-espiyonajın Türkiye'deki rolü, iç tehditlerle mücadelede belirginleşmiş ve Türkiye'nin ulusal güvenliğini koruma konusundaki kararlılığını yansıtmıştır. Gelecekte, teknolojik gelişmelerin ve uluslararası dinamiklerin espiyonaj ve karşı-espiyonajı nasıl etkileyeceği konusunda dikkatli olunmalı ve Türkiye, değişen tehditlere uyum sağlamak için istihbarat kapasitesini güçlendirmeye devam etmelidir.
